New Cheap Ray Ban Sunglasses With 3D Printing
Fake Ray Bans is a brand of American sunglasses that unveiled a few days ago the new release of its collection created with 3D printing. This new brand belongs to Safilo Group that had the support of the renowned Belgian printing company 3D Materialize.

The design of the new collection has a very fresh look, combining design, lightness and comfort. The idea of the designers who developed this new cheap Ray Ban sunglasses collection was to reuse classic models, giving them a new focus through 3D printing.
“At Materialize, our goal has always been to push the limits to the sector. With Safilo and its leading position in the eyewear market, we have found a partner whose ambitions are similar to ours. The sectors of glasses and additive manufacturing have formed a symbiotic relationship in which each player helps the other to place the bar, in constant challenge of conventions. I am anxious to know where this partnership will take us, “said Alireza Parandian, project manager at Materialize.

For the knockoff Ray Bans collection, the Belgian company helps in the development of the original frames printed in 3D, which give each of the four models an original design. The print made in Belgium is printed on Polyamide 12 and then passes through a post-processing to have the best finish.
The main reason why the development of glasses has found a great ally in 3D printing, is mainly because of the novelties in terms of design that allows it to develop. The organic structures that are developed can not be produced with traditional techniques. Another company that also decided to develop their sunglasses through 3D printing is Wlasses, a small startup from Madrid that creates bespoke glasses.
“We focused on the ability to use 3D printing to produce very subtle decorative elements, while maintaining a decidedly minimalist,” says Francis Bitonti, New York artist who helped in the creation of the collection of fake Ray Ban sunglasses.

“With high quality fake Ray Bans, lightness is more than a practical consideration: it is the basis for a vision, and frames strongly inspired by art transform Ray Ban glasses into real sculptures. “Materialize said in his press release.
This application of 3D technologies with the world of fashion, reaffirms that the future of many sectors have found a way to develop, to explore techniques and materials thanks to technological innovations.
